Usually the same day or the following day for a face-to-face meeting at the property, and a quote will be available within 48 hours. |

How soon after I contract Moskin Design/ Build will work begin? |

Depending on the size and complexity of the project, work will begin within 1-7 business days. |

How long will it take to complete the work? |
| |

Again, depending on the size and complexity of the project, we can complete the work between 1 week – several months. Once we begin the project, our crews will be on-site every Monday-Saturday until it’s complete. (Weather permitting) |

If I choose to do business with Moskin Design/ Build, is there a contract involved? |

Yes, we will only perform services under a bonafide legal contract. |

How does Moskin Design/Build get paid? |

All work contracted for requires a 1/3 deposit upon signing, 1/3 at approx. 50% project completion, and 1/3 upon completion of the project agreed to by contractor and client. |
